Warranty Coverage
Our tool hooks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Load capacity may vary depending on belt type, pouch design, tool configuration, and use conditions.

- Material defects
- Workmanship issues
- Structural failures under normal use
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation
- Exceeding the product's intended load or use conditions
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Damage resulting from excessive load, overloading, or use beyond the products intended purpose, including load conditions that vary based on belt type, pouch configuration, or tool combination.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty:
- Contact us at info@toolhookbuddy.com with your order number and photos of the defect
- Our team will review your claim within 5 business days
- If approved, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Limited Warranty Terms
This warranty is a limited warranty and applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Tool Hook Buddy LLC. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the ninety (90) day warranty period.
Tool Hook Buddy LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
