Returns

Free shipping promotions apply to the original outbound shipment only and do not include return shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Free shipping promotions do not alter warranty remedies or return shipping responsibilities.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • This fee helps offset return processing, inspection, and handling costs 
  • Refunds will never be negative  
  • Restocking fees do not apply to approved warranty claims  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@toolhookbuddy.com.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. 

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement product or request additional information to evaluate the claim. In some cases, return of the product may be required. Return shipping labels are provided only when a return is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of excessive wear or misuse 

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
